We respect all of the data members give us during Registration. Name and Era at the school we consider safe to share, (plus Location which is usually at settlement, not house level) as well as essential to help others find you. Email, or Telephone numbers we will not share unless you have responded "Y" to the question "Can we share contact info?". If you're planning a reunion, would like to contact any of these members, and they've already given permission, we can send those details straight out. If anyone you would like to contact has not given prior permission, we will contact them first, to request permission before sharing with you. If you would like to remove or change any of your details, you may request this, including complete removal from our database, at any point. |
